Itinerary
November 18 Arrive in Athens and head to the hotel to meet the rest of the group. In the afternoon we'll embark on a walking tour of the neighborhood, sampling local delicacies along the way. Overnight in Athens.
November 19 Start the day by visiting the Acropolis, the "sacred rock" towering over the city, including the Parthenon. Then we journey to the Temple of Zeus and the site of the first modern Olympics before continuing on to Cape Sounio, considered the Greek Riveria, and the Temple of Poseidon. Overnight in Athens.
November 20 We depart Athens and head west into the Peloponnese, visiting the 2,000 year old Corinth Canal that connects the Aegean and Ionan Seas, then on to Corinth. In the afternoon we'll visit a local olive grove for to experience the olive harvest and sample fresh made oils. We then continue on to the seaside city of Napflio. Overnight in Napflio.
November 21 Visit the Venetian fortress of Palamidi with its commanding view over Napflio, before continuing on to the ancient citadel of Mycenae and then the ancient theatre of Epidaurus. Overnight in Napflio.
November 22 We head for Olympia, birthplace of the ancient Olympics. Along the way we'll stop at Nemea and visit a local vineyard to sample Greek wines. Overnight in Olympia.
November 23 We spend the morning exploring the ancient Olympic grounds and the Altis, including the Temple of Hera where the Olympic Torch is lit. Then we travel north, through idyllic villages and towns such as Nafpaktos, Galaxidi and Itea to the sacred precinct of Delphi on the south-western slope of Mount Parnassus. Overnight in Delphi.
November 24 Explore the sites of Delphi, including the Temple of Apollo, the treasuries, and the stunning theatre with a view of the entire sanctuary and valley below. Then continue on to the Byzantine splendor of the Holy Monastery of Hosios Loukas, before returning to Athens. Overnight in Athens.
November 25 Our tour comes to an end with transfers to the airport. Depending on when your flight departs, free time may allow for one last walk around the city or final bite of loukoumades.

Expect to walk at least 3–5 miles per day at a leisurely pace, including uneven terrain, stairs, and occasional inclines. Tours may involve extended periods of standing, guided site visits, and museum exploration. Suitable for those with a reasonable level of mobility and endurance.

Single Supplement Additional $600 for those requesting a single room.

Deposit $1,500 deposit (includes $100 reservation fee) due by April 15.
Full Payment All remaining payments due by June 1.
Note: All guests are responsible for booking their own airfare, in order to best ensure their travel preferences and comfortability are met. Once registration is closed, the museum will provide a recommended flight(s) or times in order to accommodate airport pick-up and drop-off.

Terms and Conditions
1. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is required at time of registration. Reservation fees can be paid by credit card with no additional fee, however all remaining payments should be made by check, payable to CRF Museum, or be charged an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
2. Minimum of 12 guests required to fulfill trip. Spots will be booked in order of online registration and payment received.
3. All guests are responsible for ensuring passport status and meeting all travel requirements. The CRF Museum and our travel partners cannot be held liable if your trip is impacted by health, legal, or other issues out of our control.
4. Cancellation, minus security deposit, is only refundable up to the advertised registration deadline after which payments are non-refundable. In the event of nationwide covid-19 lockdowns, natural disasters, war, etc. the CRF Museum reserves the right to cancel the entirety of the trip after this deadline. In the unlikely event of an emergency cancelation, the museum will refund the full amount possible according to agreements with our travel partners.
5. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance or use a credit card with automatic coverage when purchasing airfare. CRF Museum and travel partners cannot be held liable for any loss of funds due to termination or changes to your trip.

7. All guests are required to complete and sign a travel agreement and waiver release in order to participate in this tour. The travel agreement and waiver release will be sent following registration.
