From the breathtaking Highlands to ancient castles and cozy pubs, we’ll explore the heart of Scottish history and culture. Whether you’re hunting for Nessie, deciphering the secrets of haggis, or perfecting your whisky palate, there’s something for everyone.

This journey promises stunning scenery, rich stories, and perhaps a wee bit of adventure. Don’t miss the chance to create memories as legendary as a ceilidh dance!

Highlights include Edinburgh, Isle of Skye, the Highlands, Loch Ness, charming pubs, breathtaking mountain views, and of course plenty of Scottish food and drink.  Speaking of drinks, the first round is on us!

June 17  Arrive at Edinburgh and hop aboard our bus before heading to see the 30-meter-high horse sculptures known as the Kelpies before continuing on to Stirling Castle, the village of Callander, and Loch Katrine where you'll enjoy a boat ride across the Loch. We end the day in the charming village of Killin.

June 18  Begin your day with a stop at the Black Mount, one of Scotland's most iconic viewpoints, before continuing on to the breathtaking Glencoe mountains. We'll then journey along to the Glenfinnan Jacobite Monument and the Sands of Morar before boarding a ferry to the Isle of Skye.

June 19  Spend the day exploring the magical Isle of Skye, including the Skye bridge, Cuillin Mountains, Fairy Pools, the Old Man of Storr, Quiraing, and the Fairy Glen.

June 20  We start out with a tour of Eileen Donan Castle before continuing to Fort Augustus on the famed Loch Ness where you can search for Nessie. Then continue onto the charming town of Pitlochry and visit one of the traditional distilleries in the town. We end the day in Edinburgh, allowing plenty of free time to explore on your own.

June 21  Today is all about Edinburgh as we visit the Edinburgh Castle, National War Memorial, Royal Palace, the Grassmarket and the rest of Old Town including Greyfriars Kirkyard and St. Giles Cathedral. 

June 22  Our guide will lead us through "New Town," Edinburgh's 18th century neighborhood that gave rise to the enlightenment and revolutionary thinking. Later, explore the Johnnie Walker Experience. In the evening you'll have the option to explore on your own or join a hike up Arthur's Seat. Our guide will recommend plenty of options for an evening of music.

June 23  Pack your bags as our bus will take us on to Edinburgh airport for your departure, or extend your stay and continue exploring on your own!

ACTIVITY LEVEL: MODERATE 


This tour requires participants to be able to walk up to a few miles each day and navigate hilly, uneven terrain, including cobblestone streets and historic sites with limited accessibility. Travelers should be prepared for moderate physical activity to fully enjoy the experience. If you have concerns about mobility, please contact us for more information.




This travel package will include 6 nights accommodation, in-country transportation, English speaking driver and guides, entrance and admission fees for all scheduled sites, 7 breakfasts, and 2 group dinners.  Airfare, additional meals, drinks, tips, and souvenirs are not included.


Pricing & Deadlines

Early Bird Pricing $3,100 per person for a shared room, additional $750 for a single room. Early Bird discount expires on January 15, 2025.

Standard Pricing  $3,350 per person for a shared room, additional $750 for a single room.  Registration deadline February 15, 2025.

Note: All guests are responsible for booking their own airfare, in order to best ensure their travel preferences and comfortability are met.  Once registration is closed, the museum will provide a recommended flight(s) or times in order to accommodate airport pick-up and drop-off.

Terms and Conditions

1. A $100 non-refundable security deposit is required at time of registration. Additional $1,500 is due by registration deadline for selected price point.  Remainder due by March 15, 2025. Security deposit can be paid by credit card with no additional fee, however remaining payments should be made by check, payable to CRF Museum, or be charged an additional 3% credit card processing fee.

2. Minimum of 10 guests required to fulfill trip. Spots will be booked in order of online registration.

3. All guests are responsible for ensuring passport status and meeting all travel requirements, including entry to Germany and Austria. The CRF Museum and our travel partners cannot be held liable if your trip is impacted by health, legal, or other issues out of our control.

4. Cancellation, minus security deposit, is only refundable up to the advertised registration deadline after which payments are non-refundable.  In the event of nationwide covid-19 lockdowns, natural disasters, war, etc. the CRF Museum reserves the right to cancel the entirety of the trip after this deadline. In the unlikely event of an emergency cancelation, the museum will refund the full amount possible according to agreements with our travel partners.

5. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance or use a credit card with automatic coverage when purchasing airfare. CRF Museum and travel partners cannot be held liable for any loss of funds due to termination or changes to your trip.
